WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BUY
I take great pride in the customer service that I provide to my clients. All orders are shipped within 2 business days (not including weekends) of receiving clear payment, & I keep you informed throughout the delivery process up until the painting arrives.

When you order - you will receive an email confirming your order, and answering any questions you may have.

When your order is sent - I will send another email letting you know the painting has shipped that day.

Then I will follow up at anticipated delivery time to make sure that
your painting has arrived, and to make sure that you are happy with it.
PAYMENT
Payment can be effected in many ways, some examples are listed below. I have walked many people through their first paypal transaction, so ask if you are not sure. It is an easy process.
Australian Dollars Credit Card via Paypal secure online payments system- the leading secure online payments system.
Direct bank credit, bank cheque, or money orders
within Australia are acceptable by prior agreement .
Cheques will be cleared before shipment (generally 6 working days).
US Dollars/ GB Pounds/ Euros/ Yen- Credit Card via Paypal

SHIPPING
I ship paintings by registered air freight within Australia, or insured first class air freight to USA, Canada, Europe & most other countries. I have a long experience in shipping paintings around the world, none lost or damaged so far.
If you want to use Fed Ex, UPS or another carrier, I am happy to work in with you.
DELIVERY TIME
Experience has shown that delivery times within Australia are between 2 and 5 days. USA, Canada, UK & France 6 to 10 days.
IMPORT TAXES (INC
GST & VAT)
Some
countries charge import duties, goods and services taxes (GST) or VAT (in
UK) when goods are imported. This depends on the value of the item. Please
note that these costs are the responsibility of the importer (purchaser of the
painting).
NO IMPORT DUTIES INTO USA
There are no import duties on Original Fine Art imported into the US from Australia. Click here for more information on the US Customs web site
REFUND POLICY ON PURCHASES
I want to ensure that you are happy with your painting, & offer purchase subject to your approval. Initially the buyer pays for the painting and shipping & insurance costs. I will ship the painting.
Once you receive the painting you have seven days from the day of receipt to decide whether you are happy with it. Returns are at the buyers cost, & returned work must be adequately packed & insured. When the painting is returned to me undamaged, I will refund the cost of the painting. (ex
shipping costs)
So far all reaction from my customers on both the painting and the customer service has all been positive.
COMMISSION AN ORIGINAL PAINTING
Commissions are welcome and can be undertaken from life or from good quality photographs. The subject matter can be portraits, landscapes, street scenes, still life, etc. Distance is no problem, as updates can be posted on a separate section of my website to allow you to ensure that you are happy with the work as it progresses. A 20% deposit is usual before work starts. Contact me for a quote.
