Loch Shiel & the Glenfinnan Monument, Scotland

The Glenfinnan Monument is located on Loch Shiel on the west coast of Scotland.
It commemorates the spot where in 1745, Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard in front of 1200 clansmen to commence the Jacobite rebellion.
