Option 1 From Sketchbook.
Print of drawing amended to suit the size and ratio
The drawing has been heightened by painting in more sky & the building outline added . More water has been added to the leftto top and more water to the left.
Not convinced this will work for a larger painting, as the eye is locked in to the near area.
Option 2 Procida Harbour
This view catches dusk & leads the eye through the harbour - looking towards the island of Iscia in the distance.
For a larger painting I find this view far more interesting. Plenty of variey & the eye can move into the distance. The light approaching dusk is interesting
